PRACE organises the PRACE Scientific and Industrial Conference (PRACEdays21) as part of the EuroHPC Summit Week 2021, for the first time in a fully digital format. The event welcomed over 1100 active event platform users who attended their choice of 155 presentations over 5 days

In response to the COVID-19 Pandemic, PRACE set up a Fast Track Call for Proposals for projects that used supercomputers to help stop the spread of the virus

A scientific committee established by PRACE led the review process and evaluated proposals within one week 

Selected projects were given priority access to Europe’s most powerful supercomputers
