Workshop: High-Performance Computing and Low-Energy Computing

PRACE participates on 25 June 2020 in a video conference on ‘High Performance Computing’ and ‘Low Energy Computing’. Hosted by ZENIT, a Germany-based public-private partnership focussing on innovation and technology, the workshop will present to SMEs the programmes of three EU-funded initiatives.
TETRAMAX is part of the European Commission’s Horizon 2020 innovation agenda and embedded in its ‘Smart Anything Everywhere (SAE)’ – programme. Its mission is to digitize European industries through customized and low-energy computing.
ENTERPRISE EUROPE NETWORK (EEN) provides SMEs access to European innovation networks and finance tools.
PRACE will present itself with three speakers:
- Florian Berberich (FZ Jülich, and Member of the PRACE Board of Directors) – History and mission of PRACE
- Wahid Rofagha (PRACE Industry Liaison Officer) – PRACE for Industry
- Giacomo Barigazzi (VP Sales, Axyvon AI SRL, Modena/Italy) – Case study ‘SHAPE / Axyon Platform Optimisation’
