Asiera Conference 2026
The Asiera Conference 2026 will take place from 3 November to 5 November 2026 at the Great Southern Hotel, Killarney, Co. Kerry.
As the inaugural conference under the Asiera (Advancing Services for Ireland’s Education & Research Academia) name, this event marks an exciting new chapter while continuing the proud tradition of the HEAnet Conference, Ireland’s leading conference for the research and education community since 2001.
The 2026 conference will bring together leaders, practitioners, researchers, and technology partners to explore the challenges and opportunities shaping the future of research and education. The programme will feature expert presentations, interactive discussions, and valuable networking opportunities covering topics including cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, sustainable infrastructure, data capabilities, and international collaboration.
In addition to a comprehensive conference programme, delegates can enjoy a range of networking and social events, including the popular early morning fun run, a guided walking tour of Killarney, and the Welcome New Joiners Mingle.
