PRACE supports the uptake of HPC by industry in Europe, as explained on our Industry Access page.
With a specific programme to help SMEs include HPC in their business model – SHAPE access for SMEs – and a dedicated track in our Project Access, we educate companies in the benefits of HPC, and encourage them to apply for access or attend a PRACE training (free-of-charge) – go to the page Training for Industry for more details.
The PRACE Industrial Seminars were held between 2008 and 2013 and yielded some interesting insight into industry-specific HPC use still relevant today. Examples of companies who have successfully integrated HPC in their business model can be found in the Industry Success Stories.
