DECI Access: Information for Awarded Projects

The users must commit to provide to PRACE within 3 months after the end of the allocation period a final report, using the proper PRACE DECI template and guidelines (see below), with the results obtained through PRACE DECI access, as well as a qualitative feedback on the use of the resources.

This report needs to be submitted to your DECI contact. Failure to submit a final report may disqualify future proposal submissions to PRACE HPC Access calls by any member of the research group.

The templates for the final report are available for download:

The guidelines for the final report can be found below:

Applicants allow PRACE to publish the final report of the project as of one year from the end date of the allocation period. Applicants commit to collaborate with PRACE, upon its request, in the preparation of dissemination material.

The applicant commits to not use the project results for military purposes.

According to the PRACE Guide for Applicants “The total awarded resources (total computer time and/or expert support) cannot be changed”.

If you are unable to use your awarded resources due to a technical problem, please let your DECI contact know as soon as possible and in any case during the allocation period.

Applicants must acknowledge the PRACE DECI programme in all publications that describe results obtained using PRACE DECI resources.

Acknowledgement should be made of the role of the HPC Centre and DECI and of any relevant partners which may be involved in a call, in all publications which include the above-mentioned results.

Users shall use the following wording in such acknowledgement in all such papers and other publications:
